Account and Dobo Pro
How do I cancel Dobo Pro?
iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Dobo and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions. Choose Dobo and tap Cancel.
Deleting the app or your Dobo account doesn't cancel the subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Apple and Google take all payments, so they handle refunds too. On iPhone, ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open your Google Play order history and choose Request a refund.
I paid, but Dobo still asks me to subscribe
In Dobo, go to Settings › Restore purchases. Check that you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
I signed in and my progress is gone
Your progress belongs to the account you first signed in with. Sign out and sign in again with the same option, Apple or Google. Still missing? Email us the address you signed up with.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings › Delete account. Can't open the app? Request deletion on the web.

Everyday spoken Amharic, the way family and friends talk. Every word is in fidel, the Amharic script, with a transliteration and audio, so you can start before you can read.
