Delete your Dobo account

Deleting your account erases your progress for good. If you just need a break, you can turn reminders off in Settings instead.

Quickest: in the app

No email needed
  1. 1Open Dobo and go to Settings.
  2. 2Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  3. 3Confirm, and you're done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details
  • Lessons, drills and your streak history
  • Your settings and reminders

What's kept

  • Purchase records, which Apple or Google keep. We can't delete them.
  • [Support messages, for up to [N] months]

How long it takes

Within [30] days of confirming. We'll email you when it's done.

Cancel Dobo Pro first. Deleting your account doesn't stop your subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, or you'll keep being charged. How to cancel

Used Hide My Email? Enter your @privaterelay.appleid.com address. Find it on iPhone in Settings › your name › Sign in with Apple.
